Drop-In Sessions & Workshops

Occupational Therapy (OT) Drop‑In Clinic

Parents and carers can speak directly with an Occupational Therapist about concerns related to sensory needs, movement development, self‑care skills, and functional independence. No referral needed - first‑come, first‑served.

When: 1st & 3rd Thursday of every month, 9:30am-12:30pm

Speech & Language Therapy Drop‑In Sessions

For families concerned about speech, language, attention, listening, or play skills. A therapist will offer advice, model activities, and guide next steps. No referral required.

Drumbeat Outreach - Parent & Carer Support

Drumbeat Outreach offers a wide range of workshops, courses, and support groups for parents and carers of children with social communication differences, autism, or emerging neurodivergent needs. Sessions focus on:

  • Understanding autism
  • Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Communication and interaction strategies
  • Sleep, routines, and sensory needs
  • Parent peer support and community connection

Workshops run throughout the year and are open to Lewisham families.
